Wholesale Policies
The terms of the LYV Pro Wholesale & Practitioner Program. By applying for or ordering on a wholesale account, you agree to the policies below.
Eligibility & approval
Wholesale access is limited to qualified businesses and licensed practitioners — including med spas, longevity and wellness clinics, functional and integrative medicine practices, IV and hydration lounges, aesthetic practices, and licensed providers (MD, DO, NP, PA, RN). Every application is reviewed and manually approved. We may request additional documentation and reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.
To apply, complete the wholesale application and provide your business details, professional license or NPI, EIN/Tax ID, and a copy of your resale certificate or state license. Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Order minimums
- Opening order: $1,500 minimum on your first wholesale order.
- Reorders: $1,000 minimum on every order thereafter.
Wholesale pricing & tiers
Discounts apply automatically to your order subtotal once your account is approved and you are logged in — no codes required.

Wholesale accounts are not eligible for retail coupons, promotions, loyalty discounts, or affiliate credits, which cannot be combined with wholesale pricing.
Payment terms
Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not offer net terms or invoicing at this time. Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified; please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Sales tax & resale certificates
Approved wholesale accounts with a valid resale certificate on file are automatically exempt from sales tax at checkout. It is the account holder’s responsibility to keep a current, valid certificate on file and to remit any applicable taxes on resale.
Shipping & fulfillment
Orders are processed promptly and shipped in plain, discreet packaging. Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout. We strongly recommend inspecting every shipment on arrival — if there is visible exterior damage, do not accept the shipment; for any interior damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
Returns & damages
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final once shipped, except in the case of products damaged in transit or order errors on our part. To report a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Brand protection & reseller policy
- Minimum advertised price (MAP): Products may not be advertised below LYV’s published retail price without written approval.
- No relabeling: Wholesale (non–private-label) products may not be repackaged, relabeled, or sold under another brand.
- Brand integrity: LYV may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies or misrepresent the brand.
Account & compliance
Accounts are intended for legitimate business and professional use. LYV products are provided through a clinically-guided model and are intended for use under appropriate professional oversight. You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, handling, and resale of these products.
